Role: Ruby/Rails engineer with strong backend skills and at least 3 years of experience. This is a Rails api app backed by PostgreSQL and Redis with Sidekiq for backgound jobs. The app powers iOS, Android, and a separate Node/React/Redux web app. We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking deeply about data structures, interactions and transformations, who can collaborate well with product, web, and mobile developers. We're going to pay 120-150k depending on your experience, skills, and how you value equity versus salary.
