Ask HN: Are there any crash reporting services that play nicely with GDPR?
I (an EU citizen) run a small SaaS service and use a couple of third-party crash reporting services. Depending on the type of crash or error that occurs, the report could include any kind of personal information that my service handles. The services I am using aren't run by EU companies, and don't have any policies related to the GDPR, so as I understand I can't legally use them after May 25th.
Are there any crash reporting services that have a GDPR compliant privacy and retention policy, and even better, automatically anonymise the content of any crash report they receive?
We use Rollbar for our crash reporting. They support GDPR.
