Minimum requirements: Experience building and optimizing multi-channel acquisition funnels for a consumer-SAAS business, including SEM, social, SEO and referral programs Experience launching and optimizing multi-segment consumer email marketing campaigns In-depth understanding of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Bing and Facebook Ads Manager Sense of good product design and UX to create engaging conversion flows Ability to articulate complex thoughts clearly and effectively Undergraduate or Master’s degree from a top-tier program, ideally in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Finance, Physics, Engineering) At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a high-performance, data-driven, online marketing function with direct responsibility for a multi-million dollar annual acquisition budget

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will work directly with our CEO as one of the core members of the leadership team. You will run, optimize and scale our customer acquisition engine to create the world’s most trusted estate planning service with millions of customers. You will be expected to contribute across all areas of the business and will own one of the most important drivers of our success.

Key responsibilities: Own the end-to-end customer funnel, from impression through referral Attract, hire and develop a world class growth team Manage and optimize all paid and organic customer acquisition channels Define, launch and measure tests to improve performance of key acquisition metrics (e.g., CAC, ARPU, LTV) Break down and solve complex problems with autonomy, confidence, and creativity
