I try to multitask a shower or toilet break with my meals to optimize my productivity. I tried power napping at meal time but got too hungry later in the day. You could try eating while on the treadmill. I want to free up as much time as possible for coding and work as I can!
Dinner is family time and we usually eat together at the dinner table
Lunch I'll have at the computer while watching videos or playing some games that only need a mouse unless my wife and I both have time to grab lunch (we work from home) and if so we'll eat together
Breakfast is whatever and I skip it half the time or it usually takes me a min or 2 to eat
I usually watch YouTube. The 15-30 minute standard video length is perfect for that.
In the summer I'll have lunch on the balcony to rest my eyes and get fresh air.
I like to spend my morning tea or breakfast on the balcony with just a notebook. It's good to think about the day before jumping into it. Computers can rob you of that precious time.
For lunch, if I'm not busy, I read my RSS feeds or catch up on my YouTube subscriptions. I can't read a book over lunch because if it starts to get good I'm frustrated when I have to stop to go back to work.
Most days I have a working lunch where I scarf down food between meetings while desperately trying to catch up on email.
If I'm alone, I read, sometimes with music or TV on in the background. If my wife is home at the same time and we eat together, we chat and be all lovey-dovey and maybe hold hands.
Nothing else. I've personally found mindful eating and paying attention to my food as I eat is the single most effective mechanism that helps me avoid mindlessly eating.

I find this about 10x more difficult than I’d expect.
There’s something deeply uncomfortable.
I listen to an audio book while eating breakfast and lunch (prep time + meal time). I usually watch TV while eating dinner.
Related. I found I don’t enjoy tv without eating. But something about eating with tv is really satisfying
chew
Watch trash content.
Read, usually.
Nothing
